1- Water Consumption: Drinking water after taking the meal is one of the main reason why people gain fats around stomach. So don't drink water during & after you finished your meal.

2- Avoid Junk Food: Junk food enhances our appetite and thus makes us want to eat more than is required. Not only this, but it is unhealthy and fattening and will result in fat gain.

3- Exercising Habit: Develop the habit of exercising on daily basis, specifically an hour prior to eating your breakfast.

7- Have A Balance Diet: Try to intake each type of foods (Not only food which is rich in taste), but also which are rich in nutrients and fiber such as; vegetables, fruits, oatmeal, and whole grain. Healthy foods will maintain our insulin levels as well as control our blood sugar levels.
