Women's Day Special - Some Special Health Tips For Women

Power Of Positive Thinking:
1- Compliment people when you feel they deserve it.
2- Have faith in yourself and in your abilities.
3- Try doing new things or old things in a new way. Doing things differently will help you be more creative and therefore more positive. Go to a different restaurant, eat different food, change the way you dress, start reading a new book or find a new hobby.

4- Read about people who overcame hardships and succeeded in life. This will help you think more positively.
5- Set goals no matter how impossible this might seem at the moment and keep yourself busy working on them.
6- Each goal accomplished, no matter how small it might be, will bring you more confidence, self-esteem and positive thinking.
7- At least once a day, think and try to come up with more ideas on how to think positively in various situations.
8- Be careful what mental images you let in into your mind. How you see yourself and your surroundings make a difference to your thinking. It is like watching a video. Eject the old video cassette or CD and insert a new and better one instead.
9-Analyze your behavior and attitude, and ask yourself why you are repeating the habits or attitudes that you dislike. There is no need to follow old patterns of behavior that you don't like or don't make you any good.
10- Refuse to participate in negative inner dialogues. It's just a waste of time and energy.

Self Esteem:
Self-esteem is very important for your physical, psychological, and spiritual health.
Enhancing self-esteem is another passage to personal growth and change. Life begins to take on greater beauty as we open up and appreciate ourselves. As we value and love ourselves, we gain an acceptance of others.
Self-esteem is something we can change and when we do, everything in our life changes.
Self-esteem is simply the value we place on ourselves. If we link it to success, money, belongings and friends then we miss the mark.
Out of true self-esteem, we create results. We become healthier, happier and make a more significant contribution in life.

Kill Your Depression:
If you experience five or more of these symptoms for more than 2 weeks, or they're severe enough to interfere with your daily routine, seek professional help:
  • A persistent sad, anxious, or empty mood
  • Sleeping too little or too much
  • Reduced appetite and weight loss or increased appetite and weight gain
  • Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed
  • Restlessness or irritability
  • Persistent physical symptoms that don't respond to treatment
  • Difficulty concentrating, remembering, or making decisions
  • Fatigue or loss of energy
  • Feeling guilty, hopeless, or worthless
  • Thoughts of death or suicide

Key To Happiness:
  • Compliment three people everyday.
  • Watch a sunrise.
  • Don't waste an opportunity to tell someone you love them.
  • Treat everyone as you want to be treated.
  • Never give up on anybody; miracles happen.
  • Pray not for things, but for wisdom and courage.
  • Be tough-minded, but tender hearted.
  • Be kinder than you have to be.
  • Keep your promises.
  • Learn to show cheerfulness even when you don't feel it.
  • Remember that overnight success usually takes 15 years.
  • Leave everything better than you found it.
  • Remember that winners do what losers don't want to do.

Some Tips For Facial Fitness:
Forehead - Place your fingers just above your brow. Then, with your fingers, pull the skin down. At the same time, try to raise your eyebrows. Repeat this ten times. This will smooth down the wrinkles of the forehead.
Eyelids - To deal with crows' feet at the corners of the eyes, put the thumbs at the corners of the eyes and then shut your eyes tightly. Then, with your thumbs, pull at the skin towards the forehead. Repeat this ten times.
Cheeks - Form an 'O' with your lips and try to push them forward as fast as you can. Then release the 'O' and smile as widely as you can. Repeat ten times.
Lips - Push your lips outward in a pout as far as you can, then smile. Or you can suck on your finger as hard as you can. Once again, repeat ten times.
Chin - Push your lower lip upward as high as you can. You can also press your thumb on the bone just under your chin and then push your tongue against your lower gums as if it is trying to meet your thumb. Another thing you can do is to tilt your chin up and massage the flesh under it with your thumb with strokes directed towards your neck. These exercises will take care of the double chin
Neck - Arch your neck backward and place your hand on your neck just under the chin. After that, let your hand slide downward and push at your collarbone. An alternative to this one would be to push your lower lip outward as far as you can and tilt your chin up toward the ceiling, resting the hand against the collarbone as you are doing so.

Know Your Worth:
A Special Love Poem For Women

When 'HE' sat down to make a woman
HE gave her empathy love and compassion,
By the time 'HE' finished with her
'HE' had no more left for the man....

'HE' gave her the ability to be a mother
And nurture and take care of others.
Slowly, on reflecting, it dawned on her
She was being treated like a piece of furniture....

At first she resigned to her fate
Bore the indifference of her progeny and mate.
Slowly she realized she didn't have to be a victim,
And didn't have to be at the mercy or everyone's whims....

No matter what a woman achieves,
She rarely receives
The acknowledgement which she deserves.
Yet she is able to preserve....

Women! love yourselves, and put yourselves first
But please you must
Not voice it at all
This way I promise you will have a ball....
